The reason you should rent from Hayward Storage is Elsie, the manager. She runs the place beautifully and efficiently, kindly but firmly, as the only employee. The grounds, hallways and bathroom are always clean and well stocked. The office is a warm, friendly and helpful place always stocked with a variety of complimentary refreshments and essential items for purchase. My time there was very pleasant and I will miss seeing Elsie on a regular basis.“
